Daily Living SkillsThe Daily Living Skills Program is a non-work service offered by the Opportunity Center. This service is geared toward teaching individuals the skills needed to be as independent as possible.

Youth Transition ProgramThe Youth Transition Program is designed to assist persons with disabilities who are currently in high school, and are interested in transitioning into integrated work settings following their graduation. The program focuses on building functional skills that will be necessary for integrated employment.

Supported EmploymentSupported Employment is a program offered through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to facilitate the employment of individuals with disabilities into community integrated work settings.

The primary objective of the Work Related program is to teach persons with disabilities work habits and work skills to improve their ability to achieve supported or competitive employment.

Unity Adult Day Services provides assistance to adults with disabilities and frail elders who need enriched social or health-supportive experiences or who may need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs),
supervision and/or protection. |
